Katie Borges, FNP
Katie Borges is a Family Nurse Practitioner and primary care provider offering an integrative approach to healthcare that is affordable, accessible, and individualized. She began her career in 2001 as a paramedic in rural Florida before transitioning into nursing, where she worked in a pediatric intensive care unit. In 2011, she earned her master’s degree from the University of California, San Francisco and became a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, later completing a post-master’s certificate at the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2018 to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has also completed additional training in Ayurvedic and restorative medicine, reflecting her commitment to whole-person care.
In 2021, Katie founded Montana Mobile Health, DPC—now Divine Mercy Health—to meet the growing healthcare needs of the Flathead Valley and expand access to both mobile and in-office care. Her goal is to provide a healthcare experience that is personal, effective, and rooted in strong patient relationships.
Originally from north-central Florida, Katie grew up on 20 acres with horses and a love for the outdoors. She and her husband moved to Bigfork in 2019 to be closer to family, fulfilling a long-time dream of mountain living. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, attending her children’s sporting events, and reading.
